Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• High School Graduate/GED required
• Less than One (1) year related work experience
• Ability to research and write long-form articles on assigned mortgage or financial topics
• Ability to pitch ideas for new and interesting angles
• Prior work experience or university involvement in a writing capacity preferred
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in team and cross-functional settings, in-person and remotely
• Willingness to learn Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
• Willingness to meet with key internal stakeholders and attend regular meetings
• Effective communication and ability to accept and implement feedback
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
