Jobtailor in Germany seeks a diligent Mortgage Loan Support specialist to welcome Realtors and Clients, manage workflow to ensure timely closings, and maintain up-to-date market knowledge. You will communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, and Realtors to expedite the mortgage process, collect documents, and assist the Loan Officer in coordinating with partners.

• Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients.
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on market-condition changes.
• Comply with applicable mortgage-lending laws and regulations.

• Request and follow up on required client documentation.
• Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department.
• Perform basic income calculations.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Meet closing-timeframe goals.
• Plan and set up lunches and meetings.
• Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products.
• Assist the Loan Officer in partnering with Realtors, Builders, and other clients to secure mortgage financing.
