Young Innovations Europe in Heidelberg seeks a full-time Marketing Assistant to drive B2B and B2C channel marketing in the dental sector. You will support dealer promotions, product catalogs, web shop updates, mailings and social media, working closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team.

In a small, dynamic international team you will gain hands-on experience across campaigns, events and customer care, while strengthening digital communication tools and brand consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Vocational training as commercial clerk or degree in marketing, communication or social media.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Marketing Assistant or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in German and English required; other languages preferred.

Jobbeschreibung

Full-service marketing position with an emphasis on channel marketing and B2C relationships in a stable medical dental industry, to ensure continued growth and favor among dental professionals. Strong focus of this position will be the support of B2B marketing, end-user related marketing and customer care support such as mailings, social media and more. Working in close coordination with the Marketing Manager and YIE marketing and sales team, this includes assisting with dealer related sales and promotion activities and communications, including catalogues, web shop, promotions, mailings, exhibitions as well as strengthening the digital communication tools and more. The position offers the opportunity to deepen and increase marketing knowledge on an international scale and within a small dynamic team.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

• Support of conceptual design and coordination of marketing activities (B2B and B2C)
• Monitoring and corrective actions of dealer promotion flyers, catalogues, web shops and other. Provide product information (text and images, logos etc.).
• Assisting in creation of European promotions
• Support YIE sales team in everyday business, e.g. marketing related dealer questions, send images/logos, marketing material etc.
• Organization of company meetings and related travel management
• Assisting in making updates on YIE product catalogue and other marketing material, e.g. promotion or product flyers, advertisement together with Marketing Manager and external partners (graphic agency, printing house, photographer)
• Coordinate and execute end-user mailings (e.g. new product information, promotions etc.)
• Monitor competitive pricing and effective YIE street pricing
• Create presentations (product presentation, meeting presentation, statistics)
• Management of end-user Customer Database. Collect dental practices addresses, verify address data, create and maintain address database
• Organization and execution of sample shipments to dental offices and follow-up (e-mail, phone etc.) with dental practices
• End-user customer care (product/promotion related questions)

3. Functional knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Successfully finished a vocational training as a commercial clerk or successfully completed studies in the fields of marketing, communication or social media
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Adobe products desired
• Fluency in German and English is a prerequisite. Other language skills (French, Italian, Spanish) highly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional listening skills
• Practical experience in the field of social media interfaces, analysis tools to monitor success, content management systems such as Wordpress an advantage
