Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking Manufacturing Engineers (m/f/d) to join onsite teams across Germany, including Manching, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other Airbus sites. You will support and optimize manufacturing and production processes, improving assembly, industrialization, and production workflows.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams; create and maintain work instructions and technical records, and contribute to Lean

Qualifikationen

• Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Initial experience in Manufacturing, Production, Industrialization, or Process Engineering.
• English level B2/C1 minimum.
• German level B2/C1 minimum.
• EU citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Support and optimize manufacturing and production processes
• Improve assembly, industrialization, and production workflows
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and shop-floor operations
• Analyze and resolve production issues, non-conformities, and process deviations
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams
• Create and maintain work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and technical records
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectives
• Support the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing methods

Locations: Manching, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and other Airbus sites in Germany

We are currently seeking engineers with an interest in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Structural Assembly, and Production Planning to support major aerospace programs.
