Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany is seeking Quality Engineers to join our on-site teams, working directly on Airbus projects. Permanent German contract with relocation support and language training offered.

We provide accommodation assistance, administrative support, and coverage of your German tax return for the first year. The role requires C1 English and C1 German, and citizenship of a European country.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with quality management and assurance processes.
• C1 English and German required.
• European citizenship required.

Competitive salary: 60,000 – 75,000 €

What You Will Do

• Manage quality-related projects to ensure compliance with quality standards at the Bremen plant.
• Stakeholder management across production teams, project teams and department management.
• Ensure new quality processes are properly implemented and followed.
• Analyze technical specifications and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Support improvements in process reliability and product quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in quality management and quality assurance processes.
• C1 English Level – mandatory.
• German C1- mandatory
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
