Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking Quality Engineers to join on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Locations include Bremen, Fuhlsbüttel, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth, and more across the country.

We offer a permanent German contract with relocation assistance, accommodation support and language training. English proficiency (B2/C1) is mandatory; German (B1/B2) is a plus. Citizenship of a European country is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Process improvement.
• B2/C1 English level mandatory.
• German level B1/B2 is a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.

Aufgaben

• Understand business processes and technical architecture.
• Develop Line Balancing solutions.
• Design and maintain end-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Write high-quality tests (unit tests and E2E tests) following best practices.
• Monitor quality metrics, including MTTR and web application performance.
• Train, mentor and challenge developers on quality best practices.
