Zusammenfassung

Blackwave GmbH sucht eine motivierte Fachkraft für Materialprüfung. Sie bereiten Testbereiche vor, richten Teststände ein und unterstützen das Team in der Lab- und Prüfumgebung. Dokumentation der Ergebnisse erfolgt sorgfältig, inklusive ggf. zerstörender Prüfungen und Abnahmen.

Sie melden Unregelmäßigkeiten umgehend, arbeiten hands-on mit realen Space-Hardware-Teilen und profitieren von Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten im technischen Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung zum Werkstoffprüfer oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Prüflabor sind von Vorteil.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (mind. B2) und Englisch (mind. B2) bevorzugt.
• Vor-Ort-Einsatz in Taufkirchen steht fest.

Aufgaben

• Testbereiche vorbereiten und post-processen; Teststände einrichten und nach Tests wieder erledigen.
• Tests durchführen und dokumentieren, einschließlich zerstörender Prüfungen und Abnahmetests.
• Unregelmäßigkeiten melden und transparenter Kommunikation sicherstellen.
• Team unterstützen und Infrastruktur vor Ort betreuen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

THEWHY

We build pressure vessels and carbon structures for spaceflight. Before our hardware flies, it gets tested — and you keep the testing running. Without you, the test bench stands still.

THE WHAT

You prepare tests, help run them, and document the results. You work in the lab and at the test bench — hands-on, in a team, with real space hardware every day.

Your tasks in detail:

• Prepare and post-process the testing areas: You set up test benches and specimens, tear down after tests, and keep the testing area ready for action. → High Performance: The test bench is ready when the team needs it.
• Run and document tests: You support destructive testing and acceptance testing (NDT) and record every step cleanly. → Accountability: What was tested is documented. No gaps.
• Say what you see: Anything unusual about a specimen, the test bench, or a result — you report it right away, not when someone asks. → Candor: You raise problems before they grow.
• Support the team and infrastructure: You pitch in where needed — in the testing team and with technical infrastructure on site. → Togetherness: We win as a team.
• Learn new things: NDT methods, new test procedures, new materials — you want to grow. We'll train you. → Playfulness: Curiosity is a strength here, not a distraction.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training: Completed vocational training as a materials tester / Werkstoffprüfer (plastics, metals, or fiber composites/CFRP) or comparable technical training.
• Experience: First experience in a test lab or materials testing is a plus — not a must. What matters more: you want to learn.
• Work style: Motivated, reliable, hands‑on. You want the job done — and done right.
• Team player: You enjoy working with others and help out when things get busy.
• Languages: German and English, each at B2 minimum — one of the two confident for daily work.
• On-site: This role is 100% on‑site in Taufkirchen. The lab and test bench don't fit in a home office.
