Job summary

Freudenberg Group is offering a mandatory internship in Corporate Controlling in Weinheim (On-Site). You will support monthly and quarterly reporting, assist in analyses, and contribute to digitalization projects while gaining insights into controlling processes and market analyses.

The role requires pursuing advanced studies in business/finance, strong numerical skills, and excellent English; a collaborative, proactive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Controlling with monthly/quarterly reporting and planning.
• Assist in preparing financial analyses, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support our Corporate Controlling team with monthly and quarterly reporting as well as operational business planning
• Assist in preparing financial and business analyses, reports, and presentations
• Support the analysis and evaluation of investments and contribute to various controlling and digitalization projects
• Assist with market analyses and research on economic developments
• Gain insights into the continuous improvement of controlling processes and systems while actively contributing to day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong interest in Controlling, Finance, and business-related topics
• Analytical mindset, enthusiasm for working with numbers, and a structured approach to work
• Good knowledge of MS Office and a strong affinity for IT
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• High level of commitment, motivation, and willingness to perform
