Job summary

Villeroy & Boch is seeking a strategy and project support professional to join our team in Germany. You will conduct market insights, assist in coordinating strategic initiatives, and prepare papers and presentations for Board-level meetings.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in strategy or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office; Power BI is a plus. English fluency is required, German is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or project management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving mindset with a structured, reliable way of working.
• Proactive team player with high initiative, able to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with BI/data tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; good command of German is an advantage.

• Executive & Board Preparation: assist in drafting high-quality decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board-level and management meetings, including follow-up documentation.
• Analysis & Ad-hoc Support: analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assist in building business cases, and flexibly support strategic ad-hoc requests for leadership.

• Communication & Drive: Proactive team player with high initiative, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Tools: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with BI/data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Languages: Business fluent in English; good command of German is an advantage.
