Job summary

Villeroy & Boch Group is seeking a Strategy & PM Associate to support market insights, KPI tracking, and strategic initiatives in our Baden-Württemberg offices. You will synthesize competitor trends and prepare executive-ready materials.

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business-related field, 1–2 years in strategy or PM, and strong MS Office skills with Power BI familiarity. English fluency is required, German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend research, summarize into executive presentations.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, prepare status reports.
• Draft decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board meetings.
• Analyze data to build business cases and support leadership ad-hoc requests.
