Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in strategy, management consulting, or project management (internships welcome).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving mindset with a structured, reliable way of working.
• Proactive team player with initiative, able to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with BI/data tools (Power BI) is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Insights: conduct continuous benchmark and trend research, summarize findings for executive presentations.
• Project Management & Tracking: support coordination of strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and prepare status reports.
• Executive & Board Preparation: assist drafting decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board-level meetings and management discussions.
• Analysis & Ad-hoc Support: analyze data, support business cases, and assist leadership with ad-hoc requests.
