Compensation Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety is responsible for leading the development, standardization, and execution of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and services across the enterprise. This role ensures consistent application of EHS policies, tools, and processes while supporting operational teams in achieving safety, compliance, and sustainability goals.
Working cross-functionally with business units, site leaders, and corporate stakeholders, the manager drives strategic initiatives that enhance safety culture, reduce risk, and improve environmental performance. The role includes oversight of shared services such as training development, data analytics, regulatory tracking, and incident management systems. Success in this role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization. The Manager, EHS Shared Services plays a critical role in aligning EHS efforts with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
