• Master's degree in Business or Commercial Law, Economics with a strong legal focus.
• Proven experience in Contract Management within an in-house legal department.
• Sound knowledge of contract law with strong business considerations.
• Experience in compliance environments, ideally with anti-trust/governance or risk management insights.
• Project management experience in process optimization, digital transformation or system implementation.
• Ability to balance legal requirements with pragmatic business solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in German and English.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Compliance Management systems is an advantage.
