Zusammenfassung

Prysmian sucht eine/n Maintenance & CapEx Automation Engineer (m/w/d) in Deutschland. Sie unterstützen die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten sowie die Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen.

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten, Erstellung technischer Unterlagen und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen prägen den Alltag. Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, mehrjährige Industrieerfahrung, Kenntnisse in FMEA, ISO 9001 sowie MS

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (vorzugsweise Automatisierungstechnik oder verwandtes Fachgebiet).
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in FMEA, Audit-Management und Reklamationsbearbeitung.
• Erfahrung mit Qualitätss Methoden (8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC oder Six Sigma) von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards (z. B. ISO 9001).
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
• Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten.
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Teamplayer mit bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- oder Investitionsprojekten mit internem oder externem Personal.
• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Automatisierungslösungen für Neu- und Bestandsanlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten sowie eigenverantwortliche Projektierung von Hard- und Software.
• Erstellung technischer Unterlagen für Beschaffung und Installation neuer Maschinen und Anlagen sowie für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inkl. Überwachung der Ausführung.
• Fachliche Unterstützung der Teamleiter der Werkstatt, insbesondere bei der Ausführung von Aufträgen.
• Festlegen vorzuhaltender Ersatzteile.
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen.

Your contribution to Prysmian’s Success:

The Maintenance & CapEx Automation Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and capital expenditure projects.

In this role you will:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance or capital investment projects using internal or external personnel
• Development, implementation, and enhancement of modern automation solutions for new and existing systems in close cooperation with suppliers, including independent project planning for hardware and software
• Preparation of technical documentation for the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment as well as for maintenance activities, including supervision of execution
• Technical support for workshop team leaders, particularly regarding the execution methods for work orders
• Determination of required spare parts inventory
• Technical support in the creation and optimization of maintenance schedules

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• degree in a technical field or technical vocational training with relevant further education, or equivalent qualifications acquired through other means.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management within an industrial environment desirable.
• Knowledge of FMEA, audit management, and complaint handling.
• Experience with quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Fluent in German and English

Sie sind der richtige Kandidat, wenn Sie folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

• Completed university degree (preferably in automation technology or a related field)
• Systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in specialized software (Siemens TIA)
• Strong technical understanding of machinery and associated processes
• Ability to assert oneself effectively and work well in a team
• Fluent German and English both written and spoken
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or special-purpose machine manufacturing desirable
