Prysmian Group in Germany is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize existing production equipment and design new production systems. You will prepare documentation, provide shop-floor support, and work with the purchasing department on equipment selection.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical engineering degree and has 1–4 years of experience, with strong technical, safety, and teamwork skills. The role offers a permanent contract and flexible hours in a collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

• Independently optimize and implement new technical processes and manufacturing techniques.

• Design auxiliary equipment, tools, systems, and components.
• Conduct analyses and tests on production lines to determine optimal parameters.
• Support Purchasing on equipment and material selection.
• Lead special projects including production concepts and DMAIC/LeanSigma initiatives.
