Zusammenfassung

Prysmian Group in Nordenham is seeking an Maintenance & CapEx Automation Engineer to plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and capital expenditure projects. You will develop, implement and optimize automation solutions in collaboration with suppliers, and prepare technical docs for procurement and installation.

You will support workshop teams, ensure spares availability, and help optimize maintenance schedules.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical field or technical vocational training with relevant further education, or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in quality management within an industrial environment desirable
• Knowledge of FMEA, audit management, and complaint handling
• Experience with quality methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why, SPC, or Six Sigma is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Confident demeanor when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal interfaces
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Fluent in German and English
• Completed university degree (preferably in automation technology or a related field)
• Systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in specialized software (Siemens TIA)
• Strong technical understanding of machinery and associated processes
• Ability to assert oneself effectively and work well in a team
• Fluent German and English both written and spoken
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or special-purpose machine manufacturing desirable
