Job summary

Shining 3D Technology GmbH is seeking a motivated Logistics Specialist to join our logistics team. You will coordinate shipments across the EMEA region for Industrial and Dental lines, ensuring on-time delivery and ERP data integrity in NetSuite.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Ausbildung in logistics, 1–3 years of experience, and fluency in English and German is a plus. You will handle customs, dangerous goods, RMA requests, and support exhibition logistics while maintaining meticulous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and carrier management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure customs compliance and dangerous goods documentation handling.
• Process and manage RMA requests.
• Support exhibition material logistics and coordination.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems.
• Manage ERP (NetSuite) entries and data accuracy.
• Identify and solve logistics issues independently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and communicating with customers, carriers, and team members.

You'll be part of a focused team dedicated to timely order fulfillment across our EMEA region for Industrial and Dental business lines. Accuracy and collaboration are essential to our success.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate shipments and carrier management to ensure on-time delivery

• Process and manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
• Support exhibition material logistics and coordination
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems
• Manage ERP (NetSuite) entries and data accuracy
• Identify and solve logistics issues independently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and communicating with customers, carriers, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in logistics or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or order fulfillment
