Job summary

Hirschmann Automotive GmbH is seeking a logistics specialist to independently manage export and shipping processes, prepare customs documents, and ensure compliance with regulations on a global scale.

You will maintain master data in SAP, coordinate domestic and international transport, communicate with freight forwarders and internal teams, and contribute to optimizing logistics processes while handling materials in a growing automotive supplier environment.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training.
• Experience in customs, export and transport is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP).
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills.
• Ideal: a valid forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of export and shipping processes.
• Preparation and review of customs and export documents.
• Ensuring compliance with national and international customs regulations.
• Organization and coordination of domestic and international transport.
• Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments.
• Monitoring of delivery dates and transport processes.
• Maintenance of master data and documentation in SAP.
