Zusammenfassung

Clario in Estenfeld near Würzburg is seeking a Logistics Representative to support our international administration team full time. You will ensure that our test devices for eCoa, Respiratory and Cardiac lines are shipped on time to medical sites worldwide, and perform all warehouse, receiving and shipping tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
• Apprenticeship/professional training in logistics, forwarding, or related fields
• Minimum 6 months logistics or supply chain experience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and advanced German required
• Experience with databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
• ERP experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable, flexible and detail-oriented
• Strong presence interacting with leadership and clients

Aufgaben

• Perform data entry and process paperwork according to guidelines
• Coordinate scheduling with Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments
• Coordinate shipments and production orders daily across lines of business
• Monitor shipment status and escalate emergencies
• Ensure promised shipping/receiving dates and documents
• Communicate with internal departments and external forwarders
• Organize global in- and outbound shipments
• Maintain performance indicators
• Support general logistics operations

LOGISTICS REPRESENTATIVE (F/M/D)

We are looking for you as Logistics Representative (f/m/d) to support our international administration team in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site.

Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area.

WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING

• Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
• Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
• Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business
• Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and escalate in case of emergency
• Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents
• Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders
• Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments
• Maintain performance indicators
• Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
• Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments or related fields
• Preferred minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience
• Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
• Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor
• Good degree of reliability, flexibility and independence
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients
• Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines
