Zusammenfassung

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Logistics Representative (f/m/d) for the Estenfeld site near Würzburg. This full-time role supports our international administration team and ensures timely shipping of test devices for eCOA, Respiratory and Cardiac lines worldwide.

You will perform data entry, coordinate shipments, monitor orders, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Min 6 months logistics or supply chain experience
• Fluent English and advanced German
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Familiar with databases and spreadsheets; ERP preferred

• Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to guidelines
• Support coordination scheduling with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams
• Coordinate shipments and production orders daily for all lines of business
• Monitor shipment and order status; elevate in emergencies
• Check compliance with shipping/receiving dates and documents
• Communicate with internal departments and external forwarders
• Support organizing global in- and outbound shipments
• Maintain performance indicators
• Assist with routine logistics tasks

We are looking for you as Logistics Representative (f/m/d) to support our international administration team in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site. Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
• Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
• Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business
• Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and elevate in case of emergency
• Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents
• Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders
• Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments
• Maintain performance indicators
• Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
• Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments or related fields
• Preferred minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience
• Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
• Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor
• Good degree of reliability, flexibility and independence
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients
• Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines
