Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Logistics Representative (f/m/d) in Estenfeld near Würzburg. You will support the international administration team, handling data entry, shipment coordination, and daily logistics tasks for our eCoA, Respiratory, and Cardiac lines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields preferred.
• Apprenticeship/professional training in logistics, forwarding, or related fields.
• 6+ months of logistics, supply chain, or industrial administration experience preferred.
• Fluent English and advanced German.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Data entry and processing of paperwork per guidelines.
• Coordinate scheduling with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Daily coordination of shipments and production orders for all lines of business.
• Monitor shipment and order status and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with shipping/receiving dates and documents.
• Communicate with internal teams and external forwarders.

We are looking for you as Logistics Representative (f/m/d) to support our international administration team in full time (40h/week) at our Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site. Be a part of driving clinical trials faster with your daily performance. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers (pharma companies) can be confident that our test devices for our eCoa (digital patient diary), Respiratory (lung function devices) and Cardiac (blood pressure devices) business lines are sent out in time to arrive at medical sites (test centres and hospitals) worldwide. Make a difference by performing all operational tasks within the Warehouse, Receiving and Shipping area. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform data entry and process related paperwork according to established guidelines
• Support coordination scheduling with departments within Manufacturing and Supply Chain and other Clario departments as needed
• Support coordination of shipments and production orders on a daily basis for all lines of business
• Monitor and report shipment and order status tracking information and elevate in case of emergency
• Check compliance with the promised shipping/receiving dates and all needed documents
• Business related communication with internal departments and external forwarders
• Support organizing and processing of global in- / outbound shipments
• Maintain performance indicators
• Supports reasonable operation tasks within Logistics

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (preferred) or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
• Apprenticeship/professional work training program in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments or related fields
• Preferred minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain or industrial administrational environment experience
• Fluent proficiency in English and an advanced level in German
• Experience in a fast-paced environment; with an ability to work independently, and cross-functionally as needed
• Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP experience is preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team as well as an individual contributor
• Good degree of reliability, flexibility and independence
• Strong presence with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external and internal clients
• Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines
