About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Your Journey:

Start by mastering operations: Progress from Warehouse to Senior Operative.

Build your driving skills: Get fully trained and licensed on heavy machinery including Forklift (fully funded).

Learn to lead: Learn team management, shift planning, and warehouse leadership.

After year one, you'll be ready to step into your next role and continue to grow your career at Jingdong Logistics whether this be in a technical specialism or in a management role, there's something for you here.
