Aufgaben

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, loading).
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies for a safe workplace.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• * Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.

Job Qualifications

• * Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.

• * Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• * Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• * Valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
• * Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• * Fluency in German and English is preferred.
