• Oversee warehouse operations, order issuance and deadline monitoring.
• Handle disruptions with root-cause analysis.
• Take responsibility for inventory management, stocktaking, and storage space analysis.

Responsibilities

• Special orders processing, including urgent notifications and follow-up deliveries
• Reporting & KPIs creating, evaluating, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Blocked stock processes controlling and managing in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Communication coordinating with various departments along the supply chain
• Operational control of warehouse operations, including order issuance and deadline monitoring
• Disruption management conducting, with a focus on complaints and root cause analysis
• Inventory management taking responsibility for, including stocktaking and analysis of storage space utilization

Qualifications

• Initial experience in a control center role in contract logistics or comparable controlling function in logistics
• In-depth application knowledge of warehouse management systems and common warehouse software (e.g., "SAP or WMS")
• Business fluent German (at least C1); knowledge of English is advantageous
• Willingness and suitability for shift work (6 a.m. – 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
• Teamwork skills, independent working style, and good communication skills
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
