mute-labs seeks a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to ensure office pods and furniture are delivered and installed on time across Europe. You will act as the operations control tower between customers, warehouses, carriers, and installation partners.

This role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining ERP master data (Odoo), and improving SOPs with Google Sheets. Strong English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, disposition, transport coordination, or freight forwarding.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent English skills are a must; German is a strong advantage.
• Additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Disposition & Transport Management: coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments across Europe, incl. carrier bookings and delivery slot scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: work with customers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and service providers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Packaging & Shipping Preparation: coordinate packaging requirements and prepare markings, labels, and shipping docs.
• Claims, Damage Management & Returns: record and manage claims, investigate root causes, arrange credit notes, replacements, returns, and RMA cases.
• Master Data & ERP Management: maintain product, supplier, tariff, Incoterm data and weights/dimensions.
• Continuous Improvement: develop and improve SOPs, templates, and workflows; help automate processes using ERP and Google Sheets.

THE JOB

Mission of the roleThe Logistics Coordinator ensures that our office pods and furniture are delivered and installed on time across Europe. The role acts as the operational control tower between customers, warehouses, manufacturers, carriers, and installation partners. Success depends on proactive communication, problem-solving, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned under time pressure.
This is an operational specialist role, not a strategic supply chain or procurement position.

YOUR TASKS

• Disposition & Transport Management :You coordinate parcel, LTL, and FTL shipments across Europe, including carrier and freight forwarder bookings, transport planning, and delivery slot scheduling.
• Stakeholder Coordination:You work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Packaging & Shipping Preparation:You coordinate packaging requirements and prepare markings, labels, and the necessary shipping documentation.
• Claims, Damage Management & Returns:You record and manage claims, investigate root causes, and coordinate credit notes, replacements, returns, and RMA cases.
• Master Data & ERP Management : You maintain accurate product, supplier, tariff classification, and Incoterm data, as well as logistics information such as weights and dimensions.
• Continuous Improvement:You develop and improve SOPs, templates, checklists, and workflows, and help automate logistics processes using our ERP system and Google Sheets.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of professional experience in logistics, disposition, transport coordination, or freight forwarding.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent English skills are a must; German is a strong advantage.
• Additional European languages are a plus.
• Confident working with ERP systems such as Odoo or similar tools.
• Strong skills in MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of business intelligence or reporting tools is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style.
• Hands-on mentality and confidence managing several shipments and stakeholders at the same time.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
