Job summary

Frequentis Comsoft GmbH in Karlsruhe is seeking an experienced Network & Infrastructure specialist to manage Linux systems and virtualization, and to configure services such as DNS, DHCP, NGINX and Keycloak.

You will develop automation scripts in Python, support vulnerability management and SIEM operations, and collaborate with product teams and customers to deliver secure, reliable infrastructures.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience with Linux systems, ideally RHEL.
• Broad IT infrastructure and system administration knowledge.
• Experience with networking, virtualization, and common infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of IT security, vulnerability management, and SIEM solutions.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Broad technical understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration
• Experience with networking, virtualization, and common infrastructure services
• Basic to good programming skills in Python and an interest in automation
• Knowledge of IT security, vulnerability management, and SIEM solutions
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and a confident approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English
