TEKsystems is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle initiatives for a newly launched direct-to-consumer streaming platform. The position is contract-based, hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, with a pay rate of $50.00-$65.00 per hour.

Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support customer lifecycle initiatives for a newly launched direct-to-consumer streaming platform. This role will build, execute, QA, and optimize campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other owned channels while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & QA

• Build, launch, and manage lifecycle campaigns in Braze across email, push, in-app messaging, content cards, and other channels.
• Perform end-to-end QA including audience targeting, personalization, dynamic content, links, deep links, tracking, suppressions, and delivery settings.
• Validate campaign performance across devices, operating systems, email clients, and app experiences.
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and communicate campaign risks or platform issues before launch.

Customer Journey Management

• Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback programs.
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys using behavioral triggers, segmentation, and personalization.
• Execute lifecycle strategies developed with cross-functional partners.

Audience Segmentation & Personalization

• Create and manage audience segments using subscriber and behavioral data.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies.
• Ensure audience eligibility and suppression logic are accurately configured.

Platform Operations & Troubleshooting

• Investigate and resolve campaign, segmentation, delivery, and deep-linking issues.
• Monitor campaign health and delivery performance post-launch.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to support launches, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate assets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance across engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Support A/B testing to optimize messaging, timing, and customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, personalization, and operational efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
