ZABEL in Hamburg is seeking an experienced Level / Scenario Designer to join our fast-growing team developing military XR training solutions. You will design realistic levels and missions for armed forces, security organisations, and emergency responders.

You’ll work with military subject-matter experts, 3D artists, and XR engineers to create engaging scenarios, test and balance them, and iterate based on user feedback.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in level, scenario, or game design.
• Strong hands-on Unity experience.
• Experience with shipped games, simulations, or training applications.
• Basic knowledge of C# or visual scripting.
• Interest in defence, simulation, serious games, or XR.
• Experience with military scenarios, tactical procedures, GIS, geodata, or digital twins would be a major advantage.

I’m currently looking for an experienced Level / Scenario Designer for a fast-growing company developing military XR training solutions.

In this role, you will create realistic training environments and operational scenarios for armed forces, security organisations, and emergency responders — from drone operations and tactical missions to complex training exercises.
