This isn’t a gaming role. We’re looking for experienced Software Engineers who use Unity as an engineering platform to build scalable, high‑quality software that delivers real business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality software using Unity, C# and .NET
• Build scalable Enterprise XR applications with a strong focus on software quality and maintainability
• Design robust software architectures for long‑term product development
• Develop multi‑user and networked XR solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver innovative features
• Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to architectural discussions
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability and code quality

Your Profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong commercial experience with Unity
• Deep knowledge of the .NET ecosystem
• Strong software engineering background beyond Unity scripting
• Experience developing multi‑user or networked applications
• Good understanding of XR technologies (AR, VR, MR)
• Passion for building robust software products rather than game mechanics
• Happy to work primarily on‑site in the Munich area

Nice to Have

• Backend or distributed systems experience
• Experience with cloud‑connected or real‑time applications
