Are you passionate about shaping the future of immersive technologies? An innovative company in the XR industry is seeking a forward-thinking and experienced XR Producer to lead the development of groundbreaking virtual and mixed reality experiences.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving projects from concept to completion while influencing the broader landscape of immersive content.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional development team throughout all phases of production, in close alignment with senior leadership.
• Foster collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Create and manage detailed production plans to support team success.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain steady project progress.
• Encourage input and feedback from all team members, valuing their perspectives.
• Inspire the creation of compelling, high-quality games and simulations.
• Motivate and support team members, providing clear and consistent communication.
• Recognise achievements and celebrate team milestones.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.
• Keep up with industry trends to inspire innovation and creativity.

Skills & experience required:

• Proficiency in both agile methodologies and traditional project management practices
• Experience with project tracking tools and resolving development bottlenecks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Solid foundation in project management and team coordination
• Background in VR/AR or location-based entertainment products
• Understanding of both technical constraints and creative potential within VR
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine and VR game development
• Genuine enthusiasm for VR, gaming, Mixed Reality, and emerging technologies
