Danfoss is seeking a Legal Counsel to enable confident business decisions while protecting the company in a dynamic, international environment. This fixed-term role (~11 months parental leave cover) is primarily based near Nuremberg, with flexibility on location as the team is largely in Nuremberg.

You will manage contracts, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes, embedding practical legal thinking across functions and countries from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified lawyer with ability to work independently on legal matters in a business context.
• Strong experience in commercial law and contract negotiation.
• Professional fluency in German and English.

In this fixed-term role (~11 months parental leave cover), you will step into a crucial position, ensuring continuity and stability across key legal topics. We are flexible about location but you need to know that rest of the team is located in Nuremberg, so this would be our priority.

You will directly shape how we manage contracts, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes, supporting sustainable growth and strong partnerships. Your advice will help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.

Working closely with colleagues across functions and countries, you will embed practical legal thinking into everyday business, making a real impact from day one.
