Mercor is seeking an In-House Counsel (Germany) to manage German commercial and contract matters on an hourly contractor basis. This remote role requires evaluating outputs from dual AI platforms, scoring against a rubric, and delivering concise feedback while maintaining NDA confidentiality.

The position is remote with ~10 hours commitment, offering $140–$150 per hour and a weekly Stripe Connect payment schedule. Prior Germany-based in-house experience is essential.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years as in-house legal counsel practicing in Germany.
• Strong command of German law, especially commercial and contract matters.
• Sharp attention to detail and precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
