Zusammenfassung

MAM Gruppe is seeking an experienced engineering leader to head a large-scale software organisation spanning SaaS solutions and core platform frameworks. This senior role will drive cloud product development and organisational excellence across a distributed, cross-functional engineering function.

Responsibilities include setting the direction for SaaS product development, co-defining the technology roadmap with executives, and embedding regulatory practices throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience at Director, VP, or CTO level within SaaS product development, with accountability for large, distributed organisations.
• Degree-level education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep expertise in cloud architecture and SaaS platforms; familiarity with regulated software environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and a track record of leading complex organisations through transformation.
