Big Mamma in Berlin is seeking Commis Chefs / Demi Chefs de Partie to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. You will work in a dynamic Italian kitchen with a focus on quality and guest experience, while earning tips and a competitive salary.

You will learn menus, quantities, and recipes through training, maintain hygiene standards, and benefit from career opportunities and international mobility within the Big Mamma group.

Qualifikationen

• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of the menu.
• Support the kitchen with mise en place and during service.
• Able to follow and reproduce recipes after training.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
