Job summary

Vitakraft pet care GmbH & Co. KG in Germany is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for E-Commerce to drive growth across B2B platforms and the expanding D2C channel.

You will manage major online accounts and shape omnichannel strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams. In this role, you’ll onboard new e-commerce customers such as Zooplus, develop international marketplaces, and coordinate external agencies to deliver scalable, customer-centric growth while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG e-commerce.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with excellent communication.
• Fluent German and English with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Management of B2B customers, including Zooplus, covering all country-specific marketplaces.
• Onboarding and development of additional e-commerce customers and governance standards.
• Development and international expansion of the D2C online shop, coordinating external agencies.
• Development of cross-customer internal e-commerce processes with Omnichannel KAM integration.
• Strategic support for online accounts in brick-and-mortar retail.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of B2B customers, including Zooplus, Europe's largest pure-play pet food retailer, covering all country-specific marketplaces
• Onboarding and development of additional e-commerce customers and establishment of standards for efficient customer management and governance
• Responsibility for the further development and international expansion of the D2C online shop, including management and coordination of external agencies
• Development of strategies for cross-customer internal e-commerce processes, with a particular focus on integrating Omnichannel Key Account Management (KAM) execution
• Strategic support for online accounts in brick-and-mortar retail

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Three to five years of sales experience in FMCG e-commerce
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for continuous change, driving initiatives, and taking ownership of responsibilities
• Excellent German and English language skills, with strong presentation and communication capabilities
