Vitakraft, a leading international company in the pet care industry, seeks a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) E-Commerce to strengthen its B2B and D2C presence across Europe. You will manage top online accounts, onboard new e-commerce partners, and drive omnichannel strategies in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Join a global team and collaborate across markets to coordinate agencies, expand the international online shop, and shape digital processes while advancing online-offline retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Three to five years of sales experience in FMCG e-commerce.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with excellent communication and collaboration.
• Fluency in German and English, with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to drive change and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B customers including Zooplus and country marketplaces.
• Onboard and develop additional e-commerce customers and set governance standards.
• Develop and expand the D2C online shop internationally and coordinate external agencies.
• Create cross-customer e-commerce processes and integrate Omnichannel KAM execution.
• Provide strategic support for online accounts in brick-and-mortar retail.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) E-Commerce to join us at the earliest possible date.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of B2B customers, including Zooplus, Europe's largest pure-play pet food retailer, covering all country-specific marketplaces
• Onboarding and development of additional e-commerce customers and establishment of standards for efficient customer management and governance
• Responsibility for the further development and international expansion of the D2C online shop, including management and coordination of external agencies
• Development of strategies for cross-customer internal e-commerce processes, with a particular focus on integrating Omnichannel Key Account Management (KAM) execution
• Strategic support for online accounts in brick-and-mortar retail

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Three to five years of sales experience in FMCG e-commerce
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
