Job summary

Glow25 in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Key Account Manager for Italy to build our business from the ground up. You will secure listings, manage existing partners, and develop ranges and promotions for the Italian market, working closely with marketing, operations and e-commerce teams.

Fluent Italian and English, several years in KAM in FMCG/beauty, and a proactive, structured attitude will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health.
• Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Spanish is a nice to have (bonus) for working with Spanish-speaking partners or markets.
• Structured, proactive working style with a hands-on attitude.
• Experience with pharmacy/parapharmacy channels and trade marketing is a bonus.

• Market & Competitive Analysis — monitor trends, identify opportunities and develop distribution ideas for the Italian market.
• Representation — represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events in Italy.

After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in Italy. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Italy who builds our business in the Italian market from the ground up — managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, operations and e‑commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in Italy: strategic, hands‑on and genuinely passionate about brand building.

This is where we need your support:

• Market Entry & Expansion — You build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.

• Account Management — You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.

• Promotions & Trade Marketing — You plan and coordinate promotions, point‑of‑sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.

• Cross‑functional Collaboration — You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e‑commerce.

• Market & Competitive Analysis — You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market.

• Representation — You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health

• A strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery

• Fluent Italian and English

• Spanish is a nice to have (bonus if you can also work in/with Spanish‑speaking partners or markets)

• A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands‑on attitude

• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI

• Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy channels — especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes and trade marketing setup in that environment is a bonus
