These Are Our Current Challenges And Future Goals

We are hiring for two positions—one mid-level and one senior. While the expectations are similar, the senior role will have greater scope, autonomy, and strategic responsibility.

We’re building a world class Web Experience team that owns the full end-to-end customer journey on our website. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, engaging, and aligned with our luxury brand positioning.

This is not a feature factory role. You will help define what’s most impactful, not just execute a roadmap handed to you. Your mission? To deeply understand our customers, identify opportunities to remove friction, and create meaningful experiences that drive both business growth and customer delight.

This Is Where We Need Your Support

• Define & Shape the Future: You work cross functionally to identify and prioritize high impact opportunities for the website, using data, customer insights, and business goals to drive meaningful improvements.
• Champion the Customer: You develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and pain points to craft an intuitive, seamless, and engaging online shopping experience.
• Drive Measurable Impact: You take ownership of key performance indicators such as conversion rates, customer retention, and engagement, ensuring that every feature and optimization delivers tangible business results.
• Lead Product Development: You oversee the entire product development cycle, collaborating closely with UI/UX and Engineering as part of a Product Trio model to bring impactful solutions to life.
• Foster a Product Mindset: You help shift the team from a feature driven approach to an empowered, outcome focused product culture, guiding them in best practices for product thinking and strategic execution.
• Elevate Brand Experience: You ensure that the website is not only functional but also a premium, high end digital touchpoint.
  
  

You Have The Following Experience

• E-commerce Expertise: You’ve worked in e-commerce product management and understand how to optimize the online shopping journey.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: You care deeply about customer experience and user centered design, and can translate these insights into actionable product improvements.
• Strategic & Hands On: You can zoom out to define vision and priorities, but are also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.
• Stakeholder Management Skills: You can work across teams, communicate clearly, and influence without authority.
• Experience Driving KPIs: You have a track record of improving conversion, retention, and engagement through product led initiatives.
• Strong Execution Skills: You have a bias toward action, ensuring ideas turn into shipped experiences that drive results.
