TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an automotive technical lead to steer low complexity projects, aligning design and industrialization with customer requirements and project goals.

You will head the technical team alongside the Project Manager, manage interfaces to customers, define objectives, costs and timelines, and communicate technical matters clearly. The role emphasizes teamwork and professional English proficiency to succeed in a global, cross-functional environment.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree (mechanical / electrical, or similar).
• Typically 5+ years in automotive (technical) product development or internships within the automotive sector.
• Basic knowledge of product design and industrial processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
