Jobbeschreibung

Job Title: Global Product Manager (m/f/d)

Posting Start Date: 7/27/26

At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.

Job Overview

The Industrial Business Unit of TE Connectivity is seeking a Global Product Manager (m/f/d) to drive the strategy, innovation roadmap, and business performance of the Board Connectors & Industrial Interconnect Systems portfolio. As an individual contributor, you will serve as the global owner of the assigned product lines - defining strategic direction, shaping growth programs, and enabling execution across a global matrix of Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regional Product Management teams.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep customer and market understanding, and the commercial discipline to scale the portfolio through new product introduction, go‑to‑market excellence, and expansion into adjacent applications. You will manage the full product lifecycle and be directly accountable for delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, portfolio competitiveness, and operational performance.

  • Lead VOC and application insight programs to shape differentiated product proposals and guide investment decisions
  • Support strategic partnerships and M&A activities, including target analysis, strategic rationale, market/ portfolio fit assessments, and post-merger integration focused on portfolio harmonization, product line consolidation, and roadmap alignment
  • Define resource requirements and lead the global pricing strategy, including value-based pricing, discount governance, and margin optimization, while ensuring consistent execution, commercial readiness, and responsiveness to local market needs
  • Take full P&L responsibility for global product lines, delivering above-market growth by driving NPI adoption, customer design‑wins, and share gains in targeted segments
