TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and business processes. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, production departments, and external partners to drive cross-functional projects and ensure sustainable implementation of digital solutions.

The role requires several years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of modern IT systems, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in digital transformation, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation practices.
• Experience in requirements analysis and the development of project plans and business case documentation.

• Manage pilot phases, testing, rollouts, and user training; transition to operational support.
• Own change management activities, user adoption, and sustainable integration of new solutions.
• Act as interface between business functions, production, IT, management, and external partners.

Job Overview

As a Senior IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing business and manufacturing processes. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, production departments, and external partners, you will drive cross-functional transformation projects and ensure the sustainable implementation and adoption of digital solutions across the organization.

What your background should look like

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally within digital transformation, automation, or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of business processes, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation practices
• Experience in requirements analysis and the development of project plans and business case documentation
• Solid knowledge of modern IT systems, integrations, data flows, and digital technologies
• Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to manage complex projects
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional communication
• Self-driven, assertive, team-oriented, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
