Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking a senior procurement and supply chain leader to drive end-to-end planning, supplier performance, and sustainability initiatives on a global scale. You will align procurement operations with business goals and lead transformations across the supply network.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and fluent English and German, with responsibilities spanning supplier relationships, KPI governance, and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain management with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, order management, inventory planning, supplier performance management, and procurement operations.

• Ensure sustainable supplier delivery by monitoring TCQ metrics across the supply base.
• Lead global Supply Planning and Supplier Performance organization aligning with business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end S&OP balancing demand, supply, inventory and financial objectives.
• Own global supplier performance framework driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost, and risk.
• Lead supplier compliance and sustainability programs including LkSG, BSCI, SGP, COI, GMS.
• Develop and execute global supply chain transformation and footprint optimization.
• Monitor inventory, capacity and service levels identifying risks and opportunities.
• Oversee supplier audits and qualification with related functions.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and escalations including claims and recovery.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards and executive reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Build high-performing teams fostering accountability and growth across the organization.

Your seat to fill:

• Accountable for ensuring sustainable supplier delivery performance by monitoring, managing and improving Time, Cost and Quality (TCQ) metrics across the supply base
• Lead the global Supply Planning and Supplier Performance organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategies
• Drive the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory targets, and financial objectives
• Own the global supplier performance management framework, driving continuous improvement in quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, innovation, and risk mitigation
• Lead supplier compliance and sustainability programs, including LkSG, BSCI, SGP, COI, GMS, and other regulatory and corporate requirements
• Develop and execute global supply chain transformation, footprint optimization, and supplier relocation initiatives to improve resilience, flexibility, and efficiency
• Ensure optimal inventory, capacity, and service level performance by proactively identifying risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities across the supply network
• Oversee global supplier audit and qualification programs in close collaboration with Supplier Quality and Procurement functions
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and commercial escalations, including supplier claims, complaint resolution, and financial recovery processes
• Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement
• Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development across the organization

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in operational procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain management, or related procurement functions with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge of operational procurement processes, order management, inventory planning, supplier performance management, and procurement operations
• Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships, ensuring material availability, improving service levels, and driving operational efficiency and cost optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
• Solid understanding of procurement risks, supply continuity, inventory management, and mitigation strategies within global supply chains
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities, with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing procurement teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality,
• Finance, and Procurement functions
• Experience in developing and implementing procurement processes, performance metrics, governance standards, and continuous improvement programs
• Proficiency in SAP, procurement systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools
• Willingness to travel as required
• Fluent in English and German
