Your mission
You thrive in fast-paced environments, love closing deals and want to be part of the European private aviation market? Then this role might be for you.
- Turn requests into flights. You evaluate incoming charter requests, check aircraft availability and operational feasibility, and prepare competitive charter quotes for the international broker market.
- Close deals. You negotiate charter prices with brokers, understand their clients' needs and guide requests from the first inquiry all the way to a confirmed flight.
- Own the flight coordination. Once a deal is closed, you ensure flawless execution by coordinating with internal teams such as crew planning and flight dispatch as well as external partners like handling agents and catering providers.
- Keep everyone informed. You communicate updates such as schedule changes, weather impacts or delays proactively to brokers and partners.
- Monitor flights in real time. You keep an eye on active operations, anticipate potential issues and help resolve them quickly to guarantee a smooth client experience.
- Build strong relationships. You develop long‑term partnerships with charter brokers and operators and become a trusted contact in the network.
