NAXCON GmbH in Munich, Germany, is seeking a Junior Requirements Engineer to support the requirements management process across sales and engineering projects. You will work with IBM DOORS to import, export, revise, and maintain requirement documents, contributing to both proposals and internal development efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, automotive, aerospace, or systems engineering.
• Experience in development and requirements management is desirable.

• Importing and exporting requirements documents in sales and project proposals as well as in DOORS.
• Assisting with revision and modification of requirements in sales and project proposals in DOORS.
• Assisting with the further development of the requirements management process in engineering.
• Preparing internal presentations on requirements management and assisting with internal trainings.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area of requirements management.

Tasks

• Importing and exporting requirements documents in sales and project proposals as well as in RMMV's internal development projects in DOORS
• Assisting with the revision and modification of requirements in sales and project proposals in DOORS
• Assisting with the further development of the requirements management process in engineering
• Preparing internal presentations, as specified, on requirements management, as well as assisting with internal training sessions at the Munich and Vienna locations
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area of requirements management

Requirements

• A completed college or university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering
• Professional experience in development, requirements management, and project management is desirable
• Good knowledge of IBM DOORS software
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• High degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as willingness to travel occasionally
