Zusammenfassung

NAXCON GmbH is seeking a Junior Requirements Engineer to join our Defence team in Munich. You will support requirements management across sales and engineering projects using IBM DOORS, contributing to process improvements and internal training.

The role requires a degree in an engineering discipline, strong German and English, and the ability to work independently with some travel. Join our international environment and develop expertise across complex engineering domains.

Qualifikationen

• A completed college or university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, aerospace engineering, or systems engineering.
• Professional experience in development, requirements management, and project management is desirable
• Good knowledge of IBM DOORS software
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• High degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as willingness to travel occasionally

Aufgaben

• Importing and exporting requirements documents in sales and project proposals as well as in RMMV's internal development projects in DOORS
• Assisting with the revision and modification of requirements in sales and project proposals in DOORS
• Assisting with the further development of the requirements management process in engineering
• Preparing internal presentations on requirements management, as specified, on internal training sessions at the Munich and Vienna locations
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area of requirements management

Tasks:

• Importing and exporting requirements documents in sales and project proposals as well as in RMMV's internal development projects in DOORS
