To deliver exceptional value to our sponsors and partners, we are looking for a Partner Success Manager to own the end-to-end implementation of all partnership services.

The Role

As Partner Success Manager, you are the main point of contact for our sponsors and partners during the entire implementation phase.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Event Operations, and Marketing to make sure all agreed services are delivered at the highest level.

Your Mission With Us

• Partner Acquisition & Growth: Identify and approach partners aligned with ATS and develop tailored partnership proposals
• Partner Communication & Experience: Lead partner onboarding sessions and act as the main point of contact for partners, providing ongoing and proactive support
• Partner Implementation & Coordination: Develop clear briefing materials outlining timelines and deliverables, and coordinate with partners on these deliverables
• On-Site Management: Welcome and manage partners on-site, oversee booths and sponsored sessions, and ensure all contractual services meet standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in project management, event management, sales, or partner/customer success
