Bending Spoons is looking for office managers to keep our Milan, Madrid, and Warsaw offices welcoming, efficient and inspiring. The role will primarily be based in Milan at first, with options for remote work later.

You will maintain the office environment, manage facilities and logistics, oversee access and safety procedures, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the workplace experience for staff and visitors. Proficiency in English is required.
