Your tasks and responsibilities
- Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
- Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
- Carrying out software support incl. documentation of incoming service cases including description of solutions
- Project collaboration in software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
- International project commissioning and after-go-live support
- Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
- Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
- Change request processing for existing customers
Your Qualification
- Experience with 24 / 7 on-call 2nd level support
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Knowledge in the automation environment / warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of the logistics IT environment
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with sophisticated software architectures
- Experience in Java software development (min. 3 years of professional experience desirable)
- Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
