Jobtailor in Germany is seeking an API Technical Support specialist responsible for supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch, consulting partners on API functionality, and handling requests via the ticketing system. You will validate integration quality, log integration details, and conduct Zoom/Meet calls with partners to troubleshoot.

You will work with API logs (JSON/XML), read logs, understand CRUD principles, and escalate when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd–3rd line) or API integrations, launch and support of API clients.
