Jobtailor seeks a technically adept, client‑focused professional to support Benepass clients as a front-line technical resource. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Experience to resolve data integration, transformation, and benefit configuration issues while driving data‑driven project implementations from kickoff to launch.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of technical account management or similar customer-facing technical experience.
• Experience with API integrations, SSO setup, and enterprise software implementations.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using SQL and Excel or similar products.
• Proficiency in BI tooling and data warehouse querying.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms (bonus skill).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP (bonus skill).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the front-line technical resource for a group of Benepass clients, partnering with Customer Success and Customer Experience to resolve data integration, data transformation, and benefit configuration issues.
• Drive technical implementation projects from kick-off to launch, including data integrations, SSO setup, and carrier migrations.
• Develop technical relationships with key client stakeholders and advise on platform capabilities, integrations, and technical best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into technical requirements and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
• Scope technical customizations, estimate setup requirements, and create related documentation and client invoicing.
• Create and maintain integration guides, API documentation, and custom enterprise-client solutions.
• Lead technical troubleshooting for complex client issues, coordinating resolution and escalation to engineering partners.
• Report to the Head of Customer Operations
